Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Amarillo, TX to lead the store crew during the shift, ensuring quality food and customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Assistant Manager and involves coaching staff and managing operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and are at least 21 years old. The position offers a 45-hour work week with a rotating schedule and a comprehensive benefits

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
