• Control costs by overseeing crew prep, production, and procedures execution.
• Track waste and monitor crew position procedures.
• Report issues in sales and profit related to shift management to GM/DM.
• Assist GM/DM in executing sales and profit plans; monitor food costs to prevent waste.
