Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Three years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• ServSafe certification required or maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures according to company policy and health regulations.
• Lead team huddles, coach managers and crew to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and communicate with crew members through huddles and manager meetings.
• Drive sales through a selling culture, incentives and marketing programs.
• Create labor schedules, monitor variances and ensure proper coverage.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve OSAT and address issues with the team.
• Protect Wendy's brand by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Support onboarding and ongoing restaurant communications.
