Responsibilities

• Accounts include: Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L with GM/DM input.
• Promote customer satisfaction to grow sales and monitor crew prep, production and procedures.
• Monitor food costs to minimize waste and theft during shifts.
• Lead, interview, train, and develop all subordinate employees with GM/DM support.
• Provide training to crew on new products and position skills; cross-train for coverage.
• Ensure shift execution follows flowcharts and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness by directing crew and following the cleaning plan.
• Perform administrative duties and schedule crew to meet GM/DM plans and objectives.
• Maintain inventory control and security of cash, product and equipment during shifts.
