Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Production Supervisor for our plywood mill in Madison, GA. You will lead a wood products production team to operate in a safe, efficient manner within a continuous manufacturing environment aligned with our management philosophy.

The role requires supervising 20–30 team members, coordinating production activities, and driving improvements in EHS, reliability, and quality while promoting employee development and ownership.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience.
• Willing and able to work any shift schedule including days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PC-based production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20–30 members.
• Supervise/coordinate production efforts to improve EHS, reliability, quality, and costs.
• Foster team development, problem-solving, and skill growth.
