Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Production Supervisor for our plywood mill in Madison, GA. You will lead a 20–30 member production team in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

This role requires strong leadership, ability to work any shift, and experience with manufacturing systems and PC-based reporting. You will drive continuous improvement, monitor quality, and help reduce waste while maintaining a safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience.
• Willing to work any shift schedule including day, night, weekend and holidays.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PC-based production reporting systems.
• Associate degree or technical diploma preferred.

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Three (3) or more years of leadership experience
• Willing and able to work any assigned shift schedule, which may include day, night, weekend and holiday work hours
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PC-based production reporting systems applications

What Will Put You Ahead

• Associate’s degree or trade school/technical school diploma with a preference in a technical or business discipline.
• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing or military environment.
• Supervisory experience in the wood products industry.
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and/or Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
