Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shift start meetings and plan daily work for production.
• Coordinate changeovers to maximize uptime and productivity.
• Ensure quality and safety by following procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain 5-S housekeeping and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Support supervisors and participate in audits as needed.
