Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Team Leader to join our team for the 1st shift (6:00am- 2:00pm) at our facility in Pell City, AL. The Quality Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that all products meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality control inspectors to ensure products meet quality standards
• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Train and mentor team members on quality control processes
