Job summary

TATEFAB is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift fabrication operations with strong structural steel fabrication and fitting experience. TATEFAB is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with strong structural steel fabrication and fitting experience to lead 2nd Shift fabrication operations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a skilled structural steel fabricator who can drive production, maintain accountability, solve problems quickly, and keep shop operations moving efficiently during 2nd Shift operations.

Compensation & Schedule

$30-$40/hr depending on experience and leadership capability

Position Responsibilities

Lead Shift fabrication operations

Coordinate workflow and production priorities

Read structural steel fabrication drawings

Perform layout, fitting, and fabrication work

Address production issues and workflow bottlenecks

Maintain quality, production, and accountability standards

Preferred Qualifications

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift and handle steel materials, fabrication tools, and equipment

Ability to work safely in an active industrial fabrication environment
