Job summary

Schneider Electric in Mount Juliet, Tennessee is seeking a hands-on Fabrication Manufacturing Supervisor to drive on-floor production, lead from the floor, and align cost, quality, and lead time with production schedules.

This role covers second shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with overtime as needed. You will oversee metal forming, punching, and fabrication processes, coach teams, close skill gaps, and sustain continuous improvement across operations.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop production teams; identify skill gaps and coordinate training.
• Fabrication Process Leadership (Required): Oversee fabrication operations, ensure setup and operation of equipment, and act as shift technical lead on fabrication techniques.

We are looking for a hands‑on Fabrication Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Mount Juliet, Tennessee team and play a key role in meeting production schedules while balancing cost, quality, and lead time objectives. This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the floor, bring technical depth in fabrication, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

What will you do?

Production Execution

• Ensure consistent achievement of production schedules with a focus on cost efficiency, quality, and lead time targets
• Monitor daily operations and quickly address production challenges to minimize downtime and disruptions

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build capability and drive engagement
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training to strengthen team performance and support continuous development

Fabrication Process Leadership (Required)

• Provide direct oversight of fabrication operations, including metal forming, punching, and related manufacturing processes
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and troubleshooting of fabrication equipment
• Serve as the technical leader on shift for fabrication processes, guiding best practices
