TATEFAB in White House, TN (approximately 30 miles north of Nashville) seeks an experienced Shift Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in structural steel fabrication. This hands-on leadership role drives production, ensures safety, and maintains accountability on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include leading shift operations, reading drawings, coordinating workflow, training personnel, and pushing for efficiency while upholding quality and housekeeping; overtime possible, full-time position

Qualifications

• 5+ years structural steel fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong fitting and layout experience required.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings independently.
• Leadership or crew supervision experience.
• Experience with structural steel, stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals.
• Understanding of fabrication sequencing and production workflow.
• Familiarity with overhead cranes, fabrication tools, and shop equipment.

TATEFAB is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with strong structural steel fabrication and fitting experience to lead 2nd Shift fabrication operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled structural steel fabricator who can drive production, maintain accountability, solve problems quickly, and keep shop operations moving efficiently during 2nd Shift operations.

Compensation & Schedule

$30-$40/hr

depending on experience and leadership capability
