TATEFAB — White House, TN (Approximately 30 miles North of Nashville) is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot fabrication equipment and automated systems in a dynamic environment. The role involves supporting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and CNC-driven machinery to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work with diverse equipment including plasma processing systems, fabrication robots, CNC tooling, and hydraulic presses, with opportunities for

Qualifications

Responsabilités

Troubleshoot and repair fabrication and production equipment
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
Support automated fabrication and CNC-controlled systems
Coordinate with outside technical vendors when advanced support is required
Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation
Support continuous improvement and 5S / 6S initiatives

Compensation

$28–$35/hr based on experience, technical ability, and troubleshooting capability.Overtime opportunities available.

This is not a repetitive maintenance position.One day you may be troubleshooting hydraulic systems or restoring legacy industrial equipment that has supported production for decades. The next, you may be supporting automated fabrication systems, robotic production equipment, or CNC-controlled machinery driving modern steel fabrication.TATEFAB is looking for a highly capable Industrial Maintenance Technician who takes ownership, thinks critically, and takes pride in keeping equipment and operations running strong.
