Job summary

TATEFAB in White House, TN is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fabrication and production equipment. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues and support automated fabrication and CNC-controlled systems.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.
• Basic industrial electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting automated or CNC-controlled equipment preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair fabrication and production equipment.

Compensation

$28–$35/hr based on experience, technical ability, and troubleshooting capability.

Overtime opportunities available.

The Opportunity

This is not a repetitive maintenance position.

One day you may be troubleshooting hydraulic systems or restoring legacy industrial equipment that has supported production for decades. The next, you may be supporting automated fabrication systems, robotic production equipment, or CNC-controlled machinery driving modern steel fabrication.
