Job summary

VIM Recyclers is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities, assign work, and monitor safety and quality. The role coordinates with other leaders to address staffing and equipment needs and to drive continuous improvement.

Strong English/Spanish communication, Excel proficiency, and prior supervisory experience are preferred to maintain a professional, safe, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass required background checks and drug screening.
• 2–4 years of experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, or related operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Assign work and communicate priorities for baling, sorting, and processing.
• Participate in daily production meetings and communicate staffing, equipment, and operational concerns.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and completion throughout the shift.
• Resolve routine production issues and escalate significant concerns.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and approved process changes.
