Job summary

IPC is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift who speaks English and Spanish to lead recycle operations, drive culture, safety, and productivity. This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing teams and ensuring daily production goals are understood and achieved by everyone on the shift.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing, be organized, dependable, and capable of coaching a diverse team of up to 55 employees while upholding IPC's values and safety

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
• Experience leading up to 55 team members
• Bilingual English and Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Lead culture and safety on the floor and maintain a professional leadership presence
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and production/process training
• Oversee recycle operations, including sorting and productivity monitoring
• Drive continuous improvement and minimize overtime through planning
• Coach and develop supervisors and team members
• Meet daily production goals within budget
