Job summary

Verdant Specialty Solutions LLC seeks a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day plant operations on the assigned shift, directing a team of operators to safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes on-the-floor presence, developing staff, and executing the production plan with strong safety discipline.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, supervisory experience, and a technical mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Chemical industry and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on leader who can troubleshoot plant issues using practical knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities for an assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and permit systems.
• Reinforce safe behaviors and intervene when standards are not met.
• Develop team capability through training and real-time coaching.
• Communicate and drive execution of the daily production plan and shift handoffs.
