Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years in manufacturing with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to plan shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Plans work and production for the shift using up-to-date process knowledge.
• Ensure associates have raw materials, instructions, machine availability, and training.
• Observe safety adherence, efficiency, and waste reduction; evaluate performance.
• Keep attendance, absence, call-ins, and overtime records; approve time in ADP.
• Handle first-step grievances per policy.
• Support lean tools (6S, Visual Management, RTFT, Tier Communication).
• Perform other tasks as requested by Direct Management.
