Qualifications

• 3-5 years of practical production/operations experience leading teams.
• Experience leading hourly production associates preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience.
• Regulatory cGMP experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, productive shift as Incident Commander on-site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to Crescent safety playbook.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement.
