Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Production Supervisor II to manage a high-performing operation on the 2nd or 3rd shift. This role supports safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer and company needs.

As Incident Commander on-site, you coordinate responses and then transition to Crescent Liaison. You will develop staff, ensure data integrity in UKG and Nulogy, and optimize shift resources to hit targets. Experience leading hourly production associates and Lean improvement is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in production/operations leadership, delivering safe, quality output.
• Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing production operation on 2nd/3rd shift.
• Act as Incident Commander for on-site emergencies or law enforcement engagements.
• Ensure safety, build a safe work environment and engage staff in safety observations.
• Maintain data integrity in operating systems (UKG, Nulogy) and ensure timely reporting.
• Drive quality by adhering to standards and addressing escapes root causes.
• Optimize shift resources to maximize productivity and meet targets.
