Job summary

Crescent’s Production Supervisor II is responsible for managing and operating a high-performing and reliable production operation on 2nd or 3rd shift. This role also serves as the Incident Commander in emergencies, coordinating safety actions and transitioning to Crescent Liaison as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of practical production/operations experience, leading teams to safely deliver customer services in an efficient and effective manner and meeting every quality standard for each unique customer.
• Experience leading hourly production associates strongly desired.
• Regulatory cGMP experience.
• Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience.
