Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the shift for molding and assembly.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency by monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement training plans for shift employees.
• Participate in employee hiring and performance reviews with the Production Manager.
• Coordinate and approve shift schedules and overtime.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and keep accurate records.
