Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years leadership/supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations for molding and assembly.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.
• Lead Tier 1/2/3 meetings and communicate concerns across shifts.
• Maintain 5S and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and monitor training plans and conduct staff training.
