Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.S.) or 3–5 years related experience.
• Ability to read and follow quality system procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; capable of learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and professional communication with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Adhere to quality system procedures and requirements of the position.
• Follow safety rules and company policies, enforcing them with subordinates.
• Prepare and complete daily shift reports and production paperwork.
• Ensure part quality and efficiency; manage setup, maintenance, prep and mold repair.
