You will oversee daily activities, align resources to schedules, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; apprenticeship in a technical environment.
Leadership certificate or specialist qualification.
Proven experience in a similar environment.
Strong leadership and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to execute daily production plans efficiently.

Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
