Sartorius is seeking a Clean Room Operator Lead in New Oxford, PA. This on-site role leads a team of production specialists and coordinates daily production plans to meet quality standards and timelines.

You will drive resource alignment, supervise staff, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely maintenance of equipment while upholding Sartorius values of Sustainability, Openness and Enjoyment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship in a technical environment is preferred.
• Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar environment is required.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to balance authority with mindfulness.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet production goals.
