Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship or technical training preferred.
• Leadership certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel, equipment and materials to execute daily production plans.
• Provide coaching and feedback to production staff and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor schedules, track performance metrics and meet targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
