Job summary

Sartorius in New Oxford, PA is seeking a Manager of Shift Production to lead a team of production specialists, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality manufacturing. You will plan daily production, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement while complying with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring schedules and metrics, coordinating with maintenance, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and teamwork in a global life sciences

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship in a technical environment preferred.
• Leadership certification is a plus.
• Experience leading production teams in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to execute daily production plans.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff and apply corrective actions to meet goals.
• Monitor schedules and performance metrics to ensure timely targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
