Sartorius North America is seeking a Production Operator to ensure output meets requested quantity, quality, and timing as directed by the shift leader. You will realize production targets and uphold safety and environment standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires reading calculations, following procedures, and communicating effectively with team members. You will contribute to a clean, well-organized work area while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and perform basic calculations.
• Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and related processes.
• Familiarity with quality, safety, security and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Realize production rates as directed by the shift/team leader.
• Control all production operations to meet required quality, while respecting safety and environmental rules.
• Follow and apply safety rules related to equipment and people.
• Report production results to the shift/team leader with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
