Qualifications

- 5+ years of production management or supervision in manufacturing.
- Experience leading shift-based teams and improving productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage all production operations during assigned shift.
- Meet targets for volume, quality, and timeliness.
- Train and motivate supervisors and operators.
- Ensure safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed.
- Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
- Oversee efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth production flow.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Maintain production records and generate shift reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.
