Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing/production setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of manufacturing principles and production processes.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and quality specifications.
• Basic computer literacy, including experience with production reporting software.
• A relevant technical qualification or trade background is advantageous.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule, involving regular on-site presence in Welkom, Free State.
