Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a production supervisor to lead shift teams on the manufacturing floor, ensuring adherence to BD Excellence principles and safety, quality, and production goals. You will partner with Maintenance, Engineering and Reliability to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.

The role requires an Associate degree or 3 years of supervisory manufacturing experience; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift production leaders and associates on the production floor.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Reliability to address needs.
• Lead TMS and coordinate with Process Engineer and Maintenance Technician.
• Communicate improvement strategies (SQDC) across all shifts.
• Oversee staffing levels and training plans across shifts.
