Job summary

You will use SAP for materials lookup, manage vacation and overtime, track absence and qualification processes, and help sustain 6S and BPS standards in a fast-paced, 5-shift environment with ISO certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage vacation requests to meet production needs.
• Communicate overtime announcements and coordinate overtime schedule.
• Update daily exception report for time analyst.
• Post weekly absence reports on Value Stream bulletin board.
• Manage qualification process and matrix.
• Coordinate weekly payroll upgrade forms and share copies with HR.
• Reinforce escalation processes on pay-related topics.
• Support investigations and provide performance input to the supervisor.
• Run and coordinate shop floor based on production needs.
• Oversee and direct associates on the shift.
• Handle and resolve issues, elevating to management when needed.
• Use SAP to look up materials.
