Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Value Stream Material Handler (PA4) on the 2nd shift to support production by delivering components to workstations, posting finished goods, and transporting materials. You will handle material staging, supermarket replenishment, and close shop orders, with certifications to operate walkie stackers and forklifts.

You must be able to stand/walk 8 hours, lift up to 40 lb, read and follow instructions, and use SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified to use walkie stacker and stand-up reach lift.
• Able to stand/walk 8 hours and lift up to 40 lb.
• Computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Read and follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with KanBan and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver components to workstations to support production.
• Post finished goods and move materials to shrink bundling.
• Material staging, supermarket replenishment, and closing shop orders.
• Operate lift equipment, unload/load pallets, print labels.
• Maintain knowledge of safety procedures and high risk items.
