Responsibilities

• Manage and track vacation requests ensuring production needs.
• Communicate overtime announcements and schedule.
• Update daily exception report for the time analyst.
• Post weekly absence report on Value Stream bulletin board.
• Manage qualification process and matrix.
• Coordinate weekly payroll upgrade forms and file transfers.
• Reinforce escalation processes on pay topics.
• Support investigations and provide performance input to the supervisor.
• Run and coordinate shop floor based on production needs.
• Oversee the actions of other associates on the shift.
• Guide and direct other associates as needed.
• Handle and resolve issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Use SAP to look up materials.
