Job summary

Bosch in Lincolnton, NC seeks a material handler to support production by delivering parts to stations, posting finished goods, and moving material with pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and forklifts. Responsibilities include staging material, replenishment, closing shop orders, labeling, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must stand/walk 8 hours daily
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes
• Certifications: lift equipment; forklift and walkie stacker
• Proficient in reading and following instructions
• Strong math and basic counting skills
• Computer skills including SAP inventory system
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain safety standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver components to workstations and post finished goods
• Transport goods to shrink bundling and manage leftovers
• Material staging, supermarket replenishment, and closing shop orders
• Operate lift equipment and pallet jack; unload/load pallets
• Print labels and follow SOPs; maintain safety requirements
• Maintain knowledge of high-risk items, milk run points, and KanBan
• Adhere to 5S standards and quality basics
• Perform other essential duties as assigned by supervisor
