Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to read precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production activities for assigned shift.
• Organize and delegate tasks to employees.
• Ensure personnel are working efficiently and effectively through follow-up and training.
• Maintain safe working practices and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Oversee changeovers and maintain machine readiness.
• Hire, train, and mentor shift employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S.
• Record shop logs and personnel information; communicate with other supervisors.
