Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor. You will help ensure safety and successful execution of the posted schedules, acting as a liaison between front-line staff and management in Ogden, Utah.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, scheduling and attendance, training coordination, and cross-department communication to maintain production flow and quality standards. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires prior production/manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people or teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills including addition/subtraction/division/multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and report issues to management.
• Enter safety data into compliance software as directed.
• Execute production schedule and identify gaps or changes.
• Fill in on the production line when gaps exist.
• Ensure employees receive required training (safety, compliance, technical).
• Prepare production documents for processing.
• Maintain attendance records and payroll-aligned schedules.
• Lead shift meetings and relay information to staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to share information.
• Inspect work and equipment to ensure safety and adherence to specs.
• Maintain open communication between team and management.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Handle additional duties as needed.
