Job summary

Oldcastle APG, INC. in, part of CRH, seeks a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor. You will ensure safety, execute posted schedules, and act as a liaison between front-line employees and management.

This role emphasizes communication, training, and adherence to safety standards in a concrete manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, entering safety data, and coordinating with other departments to maintain production flow and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read basic measurements and use common tools.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and escalate issues to management.
• Enter safety data into compliance software as directed.
• Execute production schedule and address gaps.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate with employees as directed by management.
• Inspect progress and equipment to verify safety and specs.
• Coordinate with other departments to share information.
