Job summary

Mativ, based in Windsor, CT, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production floor on the assigned shift. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, KPI tracking, and leading continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years manufacturing experience, and 3+ years of supervision. Competitive benefits and salary offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven hands-on leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety by enforcing policies and improving safe work practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and educate personnel on equipment use.
• Lead production performance: plan, schedule, monitor, and review results.
• Schedule and assign personnel, manage overtime, and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide coaching, discipline, and ensure adherence to ADP schedules.
