Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Plant Operations Manager for its Windsor, CT site to lead and elevate site performance across operations, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will drive efficiency, environmental responsibilities, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer specifications.

The role requires extensive manufacturing experience, strong cost control, and the ability to mentor teams while coordinating with the Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on business/finance/HR or sciences.
• 10+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO14001/ISO9001/ISO13485 and FDA regulations for medical device contract manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage cost control and inventory across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead Windsor, CT site operations, drive performance and safety.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team to meet customer specs and drive opportunities.
• Develop human resources, training, succession planning, and discipline.
