Job summary

Mativ seeking a Plant Operations Manager to lead Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Training and Engineering. The role ensures safe, on-schedule production within quality and cost standards while driving continuous improvement and leadership development across the plant.

The successful candidate will champion safety programs, optimize OEE, and coordinate with Sales and Corp Leadership on strategic initiatives while directing capital projects and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing management.
• Experience with continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Training and Engineering to safely produce on schedule and meet quality and cost objectives.
• Develop current state and improvement strategies in coordination with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Leadership.
• Champion safety programs and ensure adherence to safety policies while improving safe work practices.
• Provide leadership to enhance employee engagement and plant culture.
• Deliver targeted OEE and productivity improvements year over year.
