Atlas Molded Products is seeking a 1st and 2nd Shift Production Lead for the Fond du Lac, WI facility. The role offers an hourly pay range of $25 - $28 per hour and focuses on developing talent, aligning on safety and production targets, and driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor team members, manage daily pre-shift meetings, enforce PPE compliance, and contribute to strategic improvements while growing your leadership capabilities within a collaborative, growth-oriented organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop talent by onboarding and training team members.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings communicating safety, quality, and targets.

• Address production issues and escalate systemic challenges.
• Maintain open shift-to-shift communication for seamless operations.
• Track KPIs and maintain standard work procedures.
• Participate in leadership development and cross-training programs.
