Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or ability to guide a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and procedures for troubleshooting.
• Work independently to meet production schedule and quality standards; report issues to supervisor.
• Verify equipment setup prior to production runs and operate/shut down equipment.
• Produce parts with correct material, density, weight, size and shape within quality tolerance to meet job requirements.
• Operate equipment such as Pre-Expander, Shape Press, Lost Foam Press and perform setup duties.
• Analyze parts and determine adjustments after inspection.
• Report plant metrics and sustain logs; enter work orders and assist maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and cross-train on multiple equipment.
