Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Fond du Lac is seeking a 1st or 2nd Shift Tooling Set Up Technician. Starting pay is $26–$36/hour, based on experience and qualifications. You will report to the supervisor at shift start, operate presses, install and service tooling, and ensure safety and quality on the line.

Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred. Fluency in English and basic math are required, with strong attention to detail and reliable attendance as essential attributes.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to perform basic math and read simple measurements.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts following safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Report to supervisor at shift start and follow directions.
• Operate presses and install/remove tooling as directed.
• Replace seals, fill guns, knock outs, and accessories as needed to support production.
• Install logo plates and inserts as needed.
• Adhere to safety practices (lockout/tagout, etc.).
• Assist with tool start-ups and ensure proper function.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Attend shifts reliably.
