Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor new team members; serve as primary resource for success.
• Lead daily pre-shift safety, quality, and production target meetings.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure PPE compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements with the team.
• Address production issues promptly and escalate systemic challenges as needed.
• Maintain open cross-shift communication to ensure seamless operations.
• Track KPIs and ensure accurate recording of performance metrics.
• Develop, audit, and update standard work procedures for consistency.
• Participate in leadership development and cross-training opportunities.
