Job summary

WestRock Coffee Internal Jobs is seeking a Shift Lead Operator in Conway, AR. You will conduct daily team meetings, collect shift data, and ensure machines operate at peak performance while communicating issues to the supervisor and maintenance team.

You will document downtime and equipment adjustments, support training opportunities, and assist with breaks to keep production running smoothly. In the supervisor’s absence, you’ll lead the shift to maintain operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members.
• Collect data for shift reporting at start and end of each shift.
• Ensure machines run at peak performance and report issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians.
• Document downtime and machine adjustments and share with Maintenance.
• Promote equipment education when opportunities arise.
• Assist with breaks to maintain peak production.
• Coordinate with Material Handlers to ensure raw materials at machines.
• Step in as shift Leader when Supervisor is away to maintain smooth operations.
