Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with collecting shift data and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data handling.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members.
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the start and end of shift.
• Maintain peak machine performance and report issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians.
• Record downtime and machinery adjustments and share with Maintenance Technicians.
• Support ongoing education on equipment when opportunities arise.
• Assist with breaks and lunches to keep machines running through the shift.
• Coordinate with Material Handlers to ensure raw materials at each machine.
• If Supervisor is absent, lead the shift to ensure smooth operations.
