Unknown company is seeking a shift supervisor for manufacturing operations. The role oversees production activities, ensures safety, quality, and efficiency, and acts as liaison between management and production staff.

Responsibilities include directing production personnel, maintaining records, and driving metrics to meet performance goals. The candidate should be able to lift 30 lbs, display strong organizational and leadership skills, and be proficient with basic math and computer systems

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently and higher occasionally.
• Good organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills to complete calculation and measurement of product.
• Basic computer skills to input data / interface with Material Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• All safety regulations must be observed.
• Ensure GMPs, ISO regulations and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Responsible for accurate and complete production records.
• Provide direction for all production personnel.
• Provide daily / weekly / monthly shift performance metrics data.
• Act as the point of contact for all IT related issues.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the plant floor.
• Reviewing Batch Records
• Customer complaints investigations and reviews.
