Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of shift management or supervisory experience.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair treatment of staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist with onboarding and development of new employees.
• Report safety concerns to manager and HR as needed.
• Conduct audits and monitor cash procedures and inventory.
