ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Euclid, OH. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house, back-of-house, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair staff treatment and regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Hire and onboard Taco Bell employees and guide new team members.
• Monitor safety concerns and report to manager/HR as needed.
• Conduct daily food safety audits and inventory checks.
• Assist with scheduling and crew deployment; monitor speed of service.
• Maintain cash procedures and daily deposits.
